We were two families who traveled to this resort from May 14 to May 15, 2022. In bug 2015, I had previously visited this location, so I decided to stay there to let the kids relax after a while. This property is up for grabs, in my initial review. Good views, kind housekeeping and kitchen workers, quiet close to all the tourist attractions, particularly the Yercaud Lake and the Poppy Gaming Arena. Cons if you are not traveling by your own rental vehicle. The rooms need improved care. Power is an issue which stops hundreds of times per day, in the premium category, and in striking contrast to what you see in the gallery or photographs, the rooms need better care, bathrooms have modern shower fittings, but water leaks in every pore. Due to the electricity issue, hot water is a problem again. Also, the restrooms are very slippery after a bath. The fridge and microwave could be cleaned and kept properly in the pantry. Hope, they point out the issues and slowly do something about them. A welcome set of basic items, such as a few lovely shampoos, dental treatments, and other items, can help. They do not request a reference report, which I believe they should begin doing. Summary A location that you can visit, but don't hope or imagine what you see in the images. Nice hotel with a very good view. We stayed with family and kids and had a very warm and pleasant stay. The food was excellent with great hospitality. Overall, all facilities were nice and the staff was friendly. Nice place to visit and a very special trip for us. Must recommend for family and bachelors.

I got a great experience with a wonderful place. I love the great architecture, the beautiful fire place and the very bright lights. I love the good lunch, especially the pallipalayan chicken and fish fry. Thank you so much and keep delighting our customers.

The breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Food items like naan with paneer butter masala and bamboo chicken biryani were both delicious and good taste. Rooms are reasonably priced, this hotel has spacious rooms, and even 46 people can stay in a single room, plus they also have a campfire, which is great as this hotel has a great view point.
