STRICTLY NO PARTY, NO GET-TOGETHER, NO EVENT, NO MUSIC, AND NOISE. We do not allow the consumption of liquor and tobacco in our apartment. Playing music is not permitted in the apartment. If you still book and intend to party, check-in will not be allowed.- As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in. - No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise - Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day. - Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not allow indiscriminate consumption of liquor in our apartment _ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 350/- per day. - The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest. House Rules For Pets- 1. We welcome Pets but the pet fee of 750rs/ per pet per day is applicable. over and above the single-day fee paid at the time of booking if you are staying for more than 1 day. 2. The owners of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can't be left inside the apartment without their owner. 3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
