We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on November 12 and 13, 2018 and I think this was a great experience. The room was spacious enough and had a very good hot air conditioning and a very clean bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service was quick, the location is in the heart of Srinagar and the price was really good. Kaiser Bhai, the manager, is really very friendly and supportive. Overall an unforgettable experience, will highly recommend them. Visit Kashmir at least once in your life it is truly a paradise, all I will be back soon..

This hotel is located close to a market area in Srinagar, we stayed one night with a family of seven people. The hotel is a part of a shopping mall on the top two floors. Despite the hotel rooms being large and kept clean, the bathrooms weren't clean. A traveler would expect clean restrooms, but when requested by the staff for cleaning, they didn't seem to respond to the request. The location is good, close to supermarkets, Lal Chow market, and easy access to the airport. The general money-beating activities of the staff also exists here. The buffet dinner and breakfast were sufficient but the attitude of the staff needed to be bolstered.

My experience with this hotel was so wonderful. The room was very clean and clean. One of the best things I like about this hotel is the responsiveness of the staff. Everything was perfect. I recommend you all to stay in this hotel whenever you visit Jammy and Karakum.
