The stay was overall good, but for the price offered, the experience could be better in terms of the comfort and the quality of the furniture in the rooms. Another minor issue: the channels on the television are prefixed and incase you request the reception to add that one channel(Sony channel), they bluntly refused to do so. I expected better from a 3.5 star hotel to not overlook these minute but important details

Room cleanliness okay, there was a water leakage on restroom. Bath Area is small, Bathtup was mentioned while booking the room, but only bath area was there. Taps are very old model. Rs. 3200/per day is expense for this kind of rooms. Hotel environment is good. Food is okay.

In the busy central part of Pondicherry, around 10 minutes walk to the bus terminal and 25 minutes to the old town. The hotel is nice and quiet even though its on a busy road you cannot hear any traffic from inside the rooms. Its spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely return for another stay!

Mycket bra och fint hotell. Vi är nöjda med allt, förutom 2 detaljer. Restaurangen var inte så bra, inte så kul frukost, gamla croissointer och hår i maten, och efter 2 försök att få en efterrätt utan nötter så gav vi upp. Sedan en dyr taxiresa, vi var tvungna att betala hela vägen till Chennai Airport trots att vi ville kliva av 40 km innan.

Good stuff: 1. It is easy to get around from the hotel - everything is quite close 2. Very nice people - service oriented 3. Room was good Areas for improvement: 1. The AC was not working accurately all night. I observe that it works ok after 5 am... the timing makes me wonder if its intentional 2. Wifi would expire daily and we need to fetch new one everyday

Standard Triple Room ( Annex Building ) - No Lift
The Standard Triple Room features three beds and is equipped with all major amenities. It is located on the first and second floors of the annex building, separate from the main building. Guests have access to facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, restaurant, and bar, all located in the main building. Children are welcome; however, they must share the existing beds, as there is no space to accommodate an additional bed. Please note that the annex building does not have an elevator. Breakfast is available at the restaurant in the main building.
