The hotel was situated at Maim Junction. Walking distance from the railway station. The room is big and nice, very nice. The recreation staff are professional and helpful. The morning breakfast is completive and delicious. Kolhpur miss is one of the breakfast menu.

I will never suggest it to anybody! Although the room was good, the hotel is old and needs maintenance. There were holes in the ceiling. The bathroom was good, not very clean. Breakfast was also okay, there were not many options. Staff was good and courteous. We were given a room that faced the road, so there was a lot of traffic.

It is nice and budget hotel close to the bus stop. Hotel management is taking all precautions including cleaning the common areas like staircase, lift, and lobby. The atmosphere is safe.

The room was very nice if you have to pay a bit more for the facilities. The room's condition was clean. The elevator has a small maintenance area. The free breakfast was very good. The shutters were broken at 6 am.

The food quality and quantity is good but the staff service was not that good. Although the food was tasty, the price was not appreciated due to the variety of the food. Ambience is good, need to improve more on quantity.

Biggest Gripe. Though I paid in full in advance at Hotels.com they tried to charge me in full again when I checked out. When I checked in, they said I had only pre-paid for a room without air conditioning and then took me to a hot room. I agreed to pay an extra Rs 400 for air conditioning. Then on checkout they wanted me to the entire bill again, as if I had not prepaid at Hotels.com. When I told them I had already paid they reran the bill and charged me way more than Rs 400 for the air conditioning. I told them I would only pay Rs 400 a night for air conditioning. They readily agreed. I do not think I should have paid anything extra for the air conditioning but I was sort of stuck since I had prepaid. The check out process took 25 minutes and that is with no one ahead of me. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast buffet did vary some from day to day. They had to be reminded that I needed towels. The wi-fi was good. My room overlooked a gas station. There are many other hotels in the area and my guess is that not all charge for air conditioning. I would take a chance on somewhere else for the same Hotels.com price next time. I did not try the restaurant.
