I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were completely different from what was advertised on the website. There was no AC, no windows, and the fan was very old and barely provided any airflow, making the room extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, even though my checkout time was 10:00 AM, the staff started calling me at 9:00 AM asking me to vacate the room. This was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend this property to anyone, as the service and facilities did not match what was promised.
