From January through January 2020, we visited Katra. We were a family of three and stayed at the Maa Gayatri hotel for the nights. It's only a short stroll from the Katra railway station. The food was also excellent. Excellent hotel with nice and accommodating personnel. If you require a heater, they do provide it for an additional fee, but you must notify them well in advance. They provide complimentary pick-up and drop off from banging. After returning from Vaishnodevi Marshal, we requested that hotel employees provide a body massage right away that they arrange for that. Additional cost must be paid. The restaurant staff and cuisine are excellent. They provide delicious and hot dishes. The reception staff is also helpful. There are also no issues at the checkout. Smooth processing. Please offer more spotless bed linens, thats the only thing we thought. Taking rest all was excellent. Regards, Itin kadam katana

This place does not recommend for one night stay. I got this hotel from the Kabara railway station just 500 meters away. This is a low-end hotel for transit purposes. However, the hotel was clean and the linen used was really old and not used. The hotel is recommended for one night only.

This is not a great experience. The food service is not good and they take too long to deliver something. We stayed for 2 nights and they cleaned our room after making too many requests. I didn't get a pick up and drop off service from the station like expected. We also had water problems for two types, water does not come to the faucet and they say it's due to rush. Don't recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. Nice rooms. Quick response. Near to Katharine railway station. Cab drop off at Bangging and free at the station. The non-ac rooms were sufficient because the weather is cold outside. Hotter facilities are also available in the restaurant.

This hotel, along with the rooms, are neat and tidy. The rooms are quite big and clean, and neat linens are provided. The breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty and soothing. The hotel provides a free shuttle service for the drop off at the Katra railway station. Very near to the railway station and very quiet. The management, especially Gosri Bhupender Ji, is very friendly and helpful to everyone. The small store next to the hotel sells quite good stuff for ladies, such as curtis and shawls, the prices were nice and reasonable. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep up the good work.
