Pleasant stay. However, despite making several requests for adjacent rooms they did not adhere to our request! We did notice at least three rooms on the same floor which were unoccupied but for some strange reason the hotel staff refused to offer those rooms!

The hotel is located in a very central location in Dehradun with easy access to most amenities. We were upgraded upon arrival and the checkin was fairly quick. However, what we found missing in the Hotel Room were maintenance. The Bathroom fittings require to be upgraded and we were expecting better quality of TV reception and equipment in the room. The TV was a 21 inch old CRT TV and the taps, shower etc require a change considering the price paid for the room. The food is good and recommended. Overall a decent stay sans some minor grievances.

A good hotel which is comfortable and ok for a couple of nights but is fairly basic for one of the best hotels in the city.

It is a very nice hotel located on a very busy area with shops nearby although crossing the road to reach the shops is quite difficult and impossible if you have any mobility issue. I booked my wheelchair accessible room at the hotel weeks ahead of arriving but found that the only accessible room in this large hotel had been allocated to someone else. Hotel management tried to rectify this by offering me a suite but that did not have accessible bathroom (the doors of bathrooms in India are for some reason very narrow, often less than 2 feet wide). It took a few hours for the hotel to re-allocate me my room. The accessible toilet had handrails that were resting on temporary base so increasing risk of a fall. Shower area did not have a shower seat and the whole bathroom and toilet area is rather small which is made worse by the door opening inwards. Room was comfortable and food was good.

歴史のあるホテルで、施設などは少し古いところがあるが、客室の整備や清潔さは保たれている。ホテルの裏手にある芝生が整備された場所は散歩などに非常に気持ちが良く、街中にある喧騒を忘れさせてくれる。

Hotel rooms are basic with aging furniture and fixtures. At arrival we were shown two rooms to choose, referring to the reviews that I had read I checked the windows for locks and found that one rooms window was not lockable, but the next room was okay. The second day we were upgraded to a better room on the forth floor. Our four day stay was okay as most of the time we were out sight seeing or shopping. We were in the hotel just for the night and breakfast. The staff attending during breakfast are old and inactive to respond to any request and seems to be serving as senior staffs - serving since long, which the management is reluctant to change.

It's clear that this hotel was last renovated ~10 years ago and things haven't really been updated or maintained well since. Eg. The furniture in the rooms have those "shiny" areas which indicate overuse and the decor is very very basic. The lighting in my room was barely adequate ugly fluorescent which left it looking unwelcoming. The staff are mostly helpful but there were times I was dealt with in a gruff way. The person who showed me my room had trouble locating the switches to turn on the lights. The restaurant is decently priced and the food is good.

This is a 1-2 star hotel with run down old furniture and broken in some places. Plumbing and bathrooms are in fair to poor condition condition. A big disapointment. Not worth the money beeing charged. Gives expedia a bad name too. Unsafe as the window in the room 207 did not close shut. Set up for robery/breakin and risk of harm to occupants(women)

Dirty washrooms , stinky rug, at midnight water stop coming I called 20 times at front desk no one was answering the phone. Till morning 7 am there was not water in the hotel. I asked morning then they said ok we will fix it but one hour after I talked at front desk water came. And only cold water. Mismanagement and disorganized. Please I advised don’t go there even free. Old and smelly towels. I could not sleep whole night.
