Subject to Akkalkot jurisdiction, the Property’s check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM; Guests must confirm their room plan before check-in and settle all bills upon presentation or before check-in as requested by the Front Office; valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all Guests and failure to present it will result in cancellation without refund; the Property does not allocate rooms to unmarried couples; children above 5 years are treated as an extra person and charged accordingly; pets are not permitted; smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited within the Property premises; Guests are liable for any loss/damage to the Property and applicable charges will be imposed; outside food/beverages and hazardous goods/materials are strictly prohibited within the premises; the Property may vacate the room with luggage for any policy violation and is not responsible for any accident, injury, or damage to Guests within the premises; visitors are not permitted in guest rooms; the Property is not responsible for any disparity/variation in room images, information, schemes, offers, payments, refunds, or commitments made through any travel agent, company, or online/offline booking portal; if the Property cannot allocate rooms due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to refunding any advance received (if any) with no alternate arrangements; parking is subject to availability and the Property is not responsible for loss/damage to vehicles; the Property reserves the right of admission and may amend/alter policies at its sole discretion, and such changes are binding on all Guests.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
