I had over 50 nights in this hotel last year. The front office team, particularly beth, is very kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate requests. If you like the nightlife at a bar, the location is pretty great. Good value. Hotel could do more to improve tiny things like door locks, wall painting, upholstery. Otherwise it's worth your money.

I reserved a corner room, room number 07, on the ground floor, not fancy but reasonably sized not tiny, with a king bed, spotless linen and towels, a kettle in the room with coffee bags, and a nice shower. The free wifi in the room was effective. There are several breakfast and lunch options nearby. This place is fantastic value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the mint hotel downtown. The hotel staff was outstanding and the service was amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of Koramangala, making it very convenient to go to cod or. Good value for the money.

The place is clean, the atmosphere is very cool, and then the beds are cleaned too, even the hot water was very fast too. After that, the food was slow and the food delivery was often not available. It's 30 minutes after confirming the order.

This time it's about my dear friend at the hotel my. Beth. I just had a surgery on my mouth at very late at night. Some of my friends had an emergency. I couldn't help. So I said the same to my dear friend at the hotel my. Beth. Believe me, the way he took control of the situation, took charge and solved the problem by going outright and out of his way I was so impressed and grateful for him. He deserves a merit badge for the same. Thank you, dear Beth. And there's always my. Anand, my confidante. He knows what I'm talking about. Thank you, my. Anand. To round out, every hotel has various facilities and amenities and the best staff they can get. However, none compare to the two guys I mentioned above. Unbelievable, extremely efficient, and like family when you need them.

Reserved DELUXE room for 3 nights. No air conditioning on first night. Hotel Manager promised not to charge first night. Later upon check-out I was fraudulently charged for 3 nights even though my room had NO AIRCONDITIONING ON FIRST NIGHT OF APRIL 25, 3018.
