The staff was friendly. The room was spacious with a semioutdoor bathroom. Queen bed with mosquito net. Free coffee and tea. Large pool with 2m depth, and the view of lush green fields was amazing.

We stayed in the suite for 2 nights and then had 2 more nights in the smaller rooms. The only difference is the size, the hammock and the couch. The big rooms dont have a safe, only the smaller ones it seems. Both are good rooms, but dont expect attention to detail, there are few mosquito nets stains and broken details but all functional. The pool is one of the great things of the hotel and the kindness of the young staff! The manager, as other reviews say, has not the most uplifting spirit. He wanted us to deliver the scooter rental at 7 pm or charge an extra day. We rented at noon. We had to ask to be at least 10 pm so we could eat out. So such details you can deal with. Otherwise, great place, we enjoyed our stay! Ps if you want to take a boat back to bali, dont book with them. They use a third party shuttle called ganggari fast boat, which is terribly organized. Not the hotel, but it is their preferred partner.

Sangat recommended bagi yang ingin mengunjungi Kuta Lombok. Pelayanan cukup ramah, Orang Sasak, tulus, serasa hotel itu sendiri, kamar dan fasilitasnya bersih, terawat, sangat nyaman, kolam renangnya bersih dan jernih, yaa benar-benar rekomended bagi yang ingin berkunjung ke Kuta Lombok.

Saya memesan kamar melalui apps burung biru dengan tipe bungalow, tetapi saat check-in saya diberikan kamar dengan type dan harga yang lebih rendah, dengan alasan bahwa type yang saya pesan sudah full booked. Saat saya meminta refund selisih harga pun resepsionis tidak mengetahuinya dan call center hanya menjawab tanpa ada penjelasan sampai saat ini. Kebersihan dan kenyamanan cukup baik, tempat juga bagus. Namun, sayangnya sistemnya masih sangat manual dan call center yang tercantum pun bukan langsung ditangani oleh resepsionis melainkan pihak ketiga.

I stayed in a few different places in kuta and this place is without a doubt the best! The bungalows are beautiful, spacious and the outdoor bathrooms are lush. There is a large chillout area with great breakfast options included in the price. The pool and garden are also nice. The best part was the staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and right at home from the first moment. Go stay here and enjoy.

Lingkungannya menyenangkan, kamar bagus tapi dengan fasilitas yang agak sempit. Tempat tidurnya sangat tidak nyaman, kasurnya keras. Kamar mandi luarnya sangat bagus, tapi baunya tidak enak dan sedikit air yang jatuh. Mereka hanya memberi Anda satu batang sabun dan meskipun memiliki layanan kamar, mereka tidak memperbarui handuk, dengan kelembapan tinggi sehingga tidak mudah kering. Meski dekat dengan pusat kota, Anda membutuhkan sepeda motor untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Sangat adil untuk harga yang ditawarkan.

Strongly advised. Fantastic location, excellent standard rooms. Extremely roomy and tidy. Outdoor bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very peaceful and ideal for a vacation relax. The personnel are incredibly polite, and the breakfast was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay! The swimming pool has a slackline. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was excellent. We made a lastminute reservation and had a lovely honeymoon. I love taking showers outside!.

The hotel was within walking distance of kuta, which was convenient for us. However, you can rent scooters from the reception for 80 k per day. The staff was friendly and assisted us with the rat problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious. There is no restaurant available if you want snacks next to the great pool.
