Just stayed the one night, having arrived in the early hours before catching the train the next day. Perfect location for train station, just up a side street, lovely staff, clean comfy room. One tip - you might end up with a room on the train station side, you'll need earplugs as the train announcements go on constantly.

Stay at this hotel was very nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station so very convenient location. The rooms are nice and clean, didn’t face any problems during our stay here. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay near Connaught Place.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla stazione dheli , hotel conosciuto nella Zona e con GPS mappe si trova facilmente . I gestori dell hotel Ci hanno trattato benissimo , tutto lo staff ci ha aiutati prima di prendere il treno alle 20 e Ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli La pulizia non è eccellente ma. X lo standard di dheli e vicinanza alla Zona street food e negozi di tutti i tipi , va benissimo Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo 👍

Awesome stay in this hotel location is very good, just 3 minutes walking distance from new delhi Railway Station. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They also have in house travel desk make a same day Agra with good price. Mr. Anand is the person who take care of the property. I always stay in this hotel

Very close to Dehli train station, but the enviroment around is quite noisy and a bit dirty. They can provide bottle of water and hot water for shower upon request. Good: boss is very helpful, he can always give good advice on my plan in travelling the India. Room is clean, good standard in Dehli. The owner has made effort on the lighting effect in the room. Bad: no view outside, staff is lack of experience in handling forigners, but eager to help. Some room for improvement in general, worth staying for budget travellers. A cafe and a gym in the hotel are under preparation in March 2018.

予想通りですが、周辺の環境は悪いです。アジアに旅慣れない人はビックリするかも。マイナス点は、部屋の床がザラザラしていたことと「出る」と言っていたけど案の定出なかった温水シャワーくらいですかね。他は値段が格安なのでこんな感じです。

I visited this hotel last year. Location is good but it’s on dirty street. and staff were good. They behaved good and responded quickly to mails I sent before my trip. but room I stayed was old, dark and dirty. But I could find trace that staff tried to make the room clean. restroom was dirty and broken. No hot water. Bedsheets might be clean, but I couldn’t trust cleanliness here so that I covered bed with blue tarp I brought just in case. I think It was just about the right price. But I’d like to ask them not to upload inaccurate pics.

The best point of the hotel is its location which is very near to New Delhi Railway Station (able to walk in 5 mins), I walked from the hotel to the train station in the early morning at 6.00 am and it's okay. Other than that are no goods. The room is not clean, the bathroom has smell, and it looks like there are construction around the hotel all the time. I am not sure if this is Delhi standard, but I can find a lot better hotel in other city with the same price. (The room wasn't look like in the picture at all) The surrounding area of the hotel was dirty and not comfortable to walk pass. Overall, this hotel was for getting of the train (closed to both railway and metro) for shower and quick sleep and quickly get out to catch another train for me. I communicated regularly with the hotel staff beginning several weeks before my arrival. They responded quickly and I sent my arrival information as I reserved a car to pick me up. No car showed up! After arriving to the hotel, the did not have my reservation and walked me to a “sister” property which was the worse hotel I had ever scene. I refused and walked back with my luggage to the Pink. Strangely, they had my reservation in there system, even though I showed them the printed copy before. They said they released the room because they did not know my fight was delayed, even though I sent regular updates via the secured message system. I was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 pm on a Saturday, but instead arrived at 10:00 am on a Sunday. They then walked me directly across the street, 15-ft wide, to another hotel. It was better, but still very poor. I accepted it because I was exhausted and my stay would be brief.

The staff was helpful but the rooms themselves were not clean. The towels and bedding were unwashed and the air conditioner in the room did not work. There was no hot water and the sink leaked.

When I arrived they said they didn’t have my booking, even though I showed them my information from expedia and had been conversing with them over email about getting an airport pickup. Checking in took a very long time and involved multiple people and phone calls before it was cleared up. Also wifi was nor offered all day.

Paharganj is a hotbed of dreary hotels but this one takes the cake for worst hospitality ever. To begin with, we booked a triple room. On arrival, we were told that they had allotted that room to some other guest and we were offered a room in another hotel/annexe. We refused and insisted on a room in the same hotel. They finally gave us two different rooms and guess what, there was a cat in one of those rooms! BAD hospitality, no hygiene, rooms that haven't been probably had a proper cleaning in years. A/C wasn't switched off even though we specifically told them to before we left for dinner. On our return, when we went to the reception to ask why the aircon wasn't yet switched on, they gave us the lamest excuse ever - they switched on the ACs in the wrong rooms supposedly! DO NOT trust the pics you see on here or any other site. The rooms are nothing like it, you won't even get the basic comfort of a good night's sleep. Even the touts outside New Delhi's railway station will make a face when you mention you have a reservation at Pink City!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
