The location is near my work place. The hotel is getting better and improving, and it has new bathrooms and rooms. The room was clean and new. The food and beverage quality were good. The bar is comfortable and relaxing.

I visit Guwahati with my old parents. I stayed at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The reception staff and even the restaurant staff are well behaved and nice.

We were given two suites with double beds despite the fact that we had requested twin beds. We were instructed that one of us could sleep in the sitting room on a tiny suite bed. Drinking water was kept free of charge for only one litre. Moreover, additional water was required. The rooms smelled bad. Fruits were not fresh and complimentary. Even after 15 minutes of draining the pipe water, there was no hot water running in the morning. The kettle in the room was broken. No one called room service or the front desk. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent, and the employees were polite when speaking in person. Parking is limited and is directly facing the road in front. Bathrooms were filthy. Bed sheets stained. Mosquitos.

I am currently staying in this hotel. The hotel staff is very polite. We are staying in a deluxe room. The room is cozy and comfortable. Room service is also spontaneous. They have a restaurant on their first floor.

The hotel is excellent, and it is close to a market and a few Guwahati attractions. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. The washroom was the only thing I didn't like. It looked dated and was not being properly maintained. Glass was broken and was visible from the outside, where there was a Sahara India office. I complained about it but there was no action taken aside from the fact that the room was in good shape.

run down and shabby hotel. kitchen not very well equipped. they did not have cold water, and expected me to accept a bottle of solid ice. these guys don't know what a simple cheese sandwich is. they put coleslaw in a cheese sandwich. avoidable below average breakfast spread. above average service at breakfast.

Hotel room was small and not clean. Bathroom was unhygienic, water clogged with little shower. There was no ventilation at all in the bathroom. Very pricey for the kind of rooms they offer. Quality needs to improve hands down if they want to attract customers. The only good thing was its location and it’s helpful staff.

1.5 Star Hotel. Room spartan, dingy and not pleasing. Lack of towels, toilet paper etc. No area maps. Breakfast very limited and repetitive. Cockroaches in dining area. Good internet and central location are only positives.
