I used the hotel with my family that was very peaceful and nice for staying families. It was quite palace in jailer. Bus stand is very close to the hotel. Also taxis will find pink city reasonable price because very close.

This hotel is very good at the price, but if you spend a little more you can find other excellent options. The hotel is in a good location, the cleanliness is good, the staff is good, and the rooms are good but the food was bad, one more thing they force you to pay by cash rather than card, I don't know why

We stayed here as a group on a tour of Tuscan India, but no hot water! None of the 6 rooms we stayed in was able to get hot water in our rooms on any night we were there, and also there were noisy rooms. Not trusted. We had a transfer to pick us up at Jakar train station with tuscan tours. The driver from the hotel showed up late more than 30 minutes late when we complained to tuscan, and tuscan informed us that the hotel driver had lied and said we waited no longer than 10 minutes. So easily they lied. Not trusted. We were very interested in talking to commission based stores despite paying for a tour without this. The food is ok. We had lunch here. Better and cheaper across the road, but saving your money buying from here. Wouldnt stay here again.

The hotel receptionist did not have any reservation for my room and created a very disgusting situation for the reconfirmation and after contacting the Hotels.com customer care, the receptionist gave the keys of a room , soon to know that we were 3 guests who have booked only for 1 adult. He wasted 2 hrs. of my time and I chose this hotel so that my son could study well for his exam the next day which was ruined completely due to this. In summary, No Geyser facility was provided, Bottled water was given only after a long lasting quarrel with the receptionist and that too 1 bottle per day, the room quality and decorations was very bad as compared to the picture shown, No newspaper provided, The receptionist was very rude, and lacked professionalism. He gave other guests who booked directly through him at much lesser prices than what I paid and all in all he took me for granted and provided the worst possible experience at the time when I needed a rest and relaxation for my exam the next day. I suggest you to never ever book this place. The only thing I felt was up to the mark is it's room service and the Hotel restaurant.
