1. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM.2. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.4. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be reconfirmed with the property directly.5. All Indian Nationals must present a valid photo identification document at check-in.6. All Foreign Nationals must present an original passport and one valid color photo at check-in.7. Unmarried couples are not allowed.8. Couples must provide a valid marriage certificate, marriage photo, or invitation card at check-in.9. If valid proof of marriage is not provided, the property may deny check-in or request booking of a second room.10. No refund will be issued if check-in is denied due to the above policy.11. Children above 5 years will be considered as an extra person, and extra charges will apply.12. The lead guest must present a valid government-issued ID (passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) at check-in.13. Complimentary breakfast is available from 08:00 AM to 09:30 AM in the restaurant.14. Pets are not allowed in the property or on the premises.15. Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.16. Bookings of more than 5 rooms are subject to different policies and additional supplements.17. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in rooms.
