On the way to Wai Panchgani Road. Can be easily identified from main road. Rooms are big enough with all basic amenities. Tea and coffee maker are not available in our room. Food food was nice and served on time. Prices are very reasonable. Hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. Elevator lift is available in the hotel and in working condition. Overall good option to stay near Wai Paggani.

On my way to Mahabalashwar, I stayed here for one night. At the base of the Ghat section, the location is just on the way to Mahabalashwar Panchgani. The space appears to be exceptionally pleasant from the outside. Due to poor customer service, the inside is different. The lift in the room I was given was broken and it was very difficult to climb the stairs because I am a senior citizen. The room was adequate but not spotless. The ac wasn't functioning properly. All channels were visible. The light in the room was subpar. Towels need to be replaced. On the plus side, I found room service to be excellent. Having no choice but to visit a restaurant as I opted not to use the steps. The food was fine and service was quick. There is plenty of parking and excellent security. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but I did not use it. I didn't try the hotel wifi. Overall, it's fine for a single night's stay.

The location is in the garden area and near the swimming pool. And then the service was great. After that, the veg was tasteful and well prepared.

This hotel is above average in the hotel's vicinity and is lovely. It was not that great in the food. However, in my opinion, there are better outdoor options. Service is slow. The environment is good outside. But they should rethink their standards. It's a bit embarrassing to remind the staff about this repeatedly.
