I got a decent deal on you because it's a new property, so rooms are nice, new, and brand new, with very little maintenance required. However, if it continues at the present rate, maintenance will become a concern. First off, I must say we had a good stay, but I noticed a few things that are not good We had two rooms, be, be. Be was a larger room with a fantastic bathroom. But in be, even though the room was nice, the bathroom was difficult to access and leave because the restroom door was almost touching the commode and the room was limited. After you are inside, the room was good and comfortable, but there is a need for improvement with the door. The recovery was also torn on one side, which demonstrates poor maintenance and carelessness. Breakfast only had two items daily, another thing I didn't like was that the breakfast had only 2 items! And for that they charge 250! It appears to be a buffet with only 2 items! On the first night of our stay, they have a wonderful rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city palace and the city we liked the rooftop restaurant rasa! The food was average, but the view was one of the best in that area! They also have live music there, there was no room for the bedrooms. There is an open clothes hanger which has space for keeping your suitcase

Overall, a fantastic experience that made our tour of Udaipur so unforgettable. I recently visited Udaipur for a week. Definitely need to stay at Shambo Villas. It is conveniently located close to top old city tourist attractions such as city palace, jag mandi, karin mata mandi, fate sugar, Surajpole Hathipole markets, and other places. The personnel were warm and accommodating both with local tour advice and making outstation trips. The cuisine at rasa retro is outstanding.

Excellent stay and the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The personnel are very courteous, and we stayed in a room with a view of Gulab Bag's greenery. The best thing was the amazing rooftop view of City Palace.

We spent three nights here on our trip to Udaipur in April. I have to say the property consistently exceeds our expectations. When we arrived at 10.30 am, we were given an early check-in after a warm check-in. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and the buffet selection was quite good for the price. We had a good time using the rooftop swimming pool. The good thing is that most hotels in the city are conveniently and easily accessible. On one of the days, we also enjoyed the food and cocktails with a stunning view of the city palace. Had a great journey and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for convenience, excellent service, delicious cuisine, and a complete value for money.

We reserved 4 rooms and really enjoyed it, especially the rooftop pool with a city palace view. It made our evenings special and the food was delicious so we ended up eating lunch and dinner at the hotel itself. The best part was the cleanliness, the whole property is kept very well and it's a very clean property.

My reservation didn’t exist. You confirmed the reservation and charged my credit card but failed to reserve. They had no room and rented me a room in a secondary hotel, cheaper but not as nice. Had to pay cash. You owe me $194.28. Get your act together!
