The food at the reception was amazing. The venue was on the rooftop and the Chinese lamp light, open, clear sky, and cool breeze almost made me feel like I had a destination wedding on the hill. If anyone else does book a venue here for their upcoming function, they will never be let down. They have a fantastic manager who assists you with getting everything ready for your big day, from the moment you decide on a spot to the moment your event ends. And, believe me when I say this, your guests will adore the food here, regardless of whether it's vegetarian or non vegetarian. Even laws with a purpose to restrict the food will also close up.

Front desk staff is very helpful. Our flight landed just after midnight, still they sent a free shuttle(sedan cab) for pickup. Very prompt and courteous. Room itself is decent. Needs remodelling as it shows age, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. The staff hosting breakfast wasn't really helpful and indifferent at time.

this is the best with price. if you are looking for cheapest with best location and comfort this is the last resort for you. restaurant and bar is good. staff is little discomfort. you have to guide them every moment. it is old property still maintained well.

Free internet requires you to receive a code to your mobile so this is an option only for guests who have an Indian cell phone or who can receive an SMS abroad. If you can't receive an SMS, you can't use the wifi. If so, there is a computer in the lobby with internet. However, I was unable to access any of my email addresses as the email providers thought my accounts were being hacked from India. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was large. Hot water was available after the hot water switch in the room was turned on for 15 min. Hotel service was friendly and breakfast included mainly Indian food and chai tea, coffee was served on request. The location was good - right next to the Courtyard Marriott with a great rooftop bar lounge.

スタッフが皆とっても良い方ばかりでした。色々あったんですけどなんにしても対応が早くて丁寧　ここに安心感がありました。部屋もキレイだったし毎日の掃除もちゃんとしてました。ただ一つwifiはただなんですけど一日一回カード（２４時間有効）の番号を入力してｓｍｓでパスワードを入れないと使えないんです。日本の電話ではSMSを受取れないのでホテルのスタッフが協力はしてくれるんでけどそれがとても面倒・・・なかなか入力がうまくいかなかったり・・・ホテルの立地はなかなかいいですけど見つけにくいです

My sister and I reserved a suite for the room, and we decided to stay here again for three nights when we last stayed three years ago, and we had a wonderful experience. This time, we decided to stay here again for three nights. This time, we chose to spend three nights here. Only a brief walk from the train station after exiting. It was a second-floor room that had undergone renovation. Room was very large and roomy. One end had a sizable double bed and the other had a sofa, chair, and coffee table. On the other end was a sizable double bed. Four chairs and a breakfast table were close to the window. The front of the room was so sunny. There were spotless restrooms. There was a tea coffee maker and 2 water bottles provided. Our vegetarian buffet breakfast was provided for free with a variety of items. The vegetable servings for lunch and dinner was more than enough for two people. The food served was hot and tasteful. We requested non-spicy, no-chilly food and it was provided. We had informed the front desk three months in advance about our visit. When we got there, we submitted our photo id proof, and within 5 minutes the room card key was handed over to us. On our son's birthday at the forum, the arrangements were nicely done, including chairs, tables, and food counters. We were given as requested. Aziz was my go-to person for all of my questions and requests, and he without a doubt did not let us down. The cuisine was delicious, and the recommendations were good, and every visitor enjoyed it. Highly recommend Burmese ahoy suey, buna ghost, vegetable moussaka, chocolate cointreau mousse, paneer sweet chilli, cheese corn rolls, and banana chicken. A special mention should go to William who did the decor and made the venue appear fantastic! The staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, it will be a memorable day as we enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the efforts put in by all staff. Kudos and hope you all continue your success!.

I've stated at Shrie Panchratna 67 times over the last six months. Every day, we clean and refresh the linen. All requests are fast attended. The prices are reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is good.

I chose the hotel based on its location, as I needed to be picked up to move on to a more rural location, a couple of days after arriving in Pune. The hotel arranged for a driver (FOC) to pick me up from the airport, and were happy to arrange a return journey although I did not need one in the end. This was a great service and comfort as a solo female traveller. Rooms are clean and simple, with everything you would need for a short stay. The water heats up pretty quickly and the fan is sufficient (at least in June!) to keep the room a comfortable temperature. There was an air conditioner, but it may have needed servicing as a less-than-pleasant odor was emitted from it when on (hence my using the fan, but that was fine for me). Breakfast options are more than sufficient, with a mix of local and more Western foods available. I also had dinner one night there as I needed to pack and get ready for an early morning pick-up - food was great and service unobtrusive. While the location was great for my needs, it may not suit everyone, depending on just how central you wish to be. It was very easy to get a rickshaw (insist they use a meter!), and I managed to visit the Ganesh Temple, Iyengar Institute, Parvati Hill and other sights all at reasonable travel costs. The Darshan museum/experience is walking distance, provided you're confident with India's traffic and crossing the roads. Overall a great little place that I would happily stay in again if the need arose.
