Perfect hotel if you are catching international flights at odd time, their check in and checkout are flixeble 24 hours that makes it very convenient. They were generous enough to give me a ride to airport free of charge. Staff was nice and respectful

The staff were awesome!!!! This is a small 3 star hotel, so of course the facilities are not new, but everything worked well. There was a fridge and air conditioner and water heater for the shower. The bed was clean. The bathroom wasn't spotless, but fine. There wasn't a dining room, but the room service was quick, delicious and reasonably priced--big servings. I wanted a quick tour of the city, as I had half a day before my flight. They used their contacts to find me a driver at a good price who knew the city. Mumbai is an interesting, varied and eclectic city. I really enjoyed my stay. I wanted to use the free shuttle, and after I paid with my credit card through Travelociy, the hotel phone number was given to me in the confirmation email. I called (internationally) the day before I arrived. They gave me the drivers cell number which I called when I arrived and they picked me up at the airport in a car for free. This hotel is near the international airport (Terminal 2) and not so close to the domestic airport (Terminal 1).

Fine for one night stay after flight. Forgot to ask for non smoking room, so room a bit smelly - but that was my fault for not requesting . Also. A little annoying that you only get wifi for 1 device.

Conveniently located near airport. There was a mix up with the shuttle I had requested and I ended up waiting at the airport for a long time and having to contact them again before I was picked up. A nice simple breakfast was served in the morning and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Un personnel aux petits soins avec nous, ils nous attendaient à l'aéroport avec la navette alors qu'on avait beaucoup de retard avec l'avion, la chambre était vétuste, mais pour quelques heures de sommeil avant de repartir vers le centre ville, c'était très bien, en même temps pour le prix, il ne faut pas s'attendre au luxe, les hôtels sont très chers la nuitée à Bombay, comme l'immobilier d'ailleurs

Landing in Mumbai at midnight Sunshine picked me up at hotel 1km to hotel and it very low cost also 1km from metro next morning. It's basic but it does what it says on the tin. Well done Sunshine Hotel.

No elevator, being seniors had to climb stairs, no hot water, shuttle delayed to pick us up from the airport. First call, Asked us to wait at gate B we were waiting for 1/2 hrs when called again they said that they were waiting at gate A. henceforth Charged us Rs250 for shuttle parking. Further delayed to pick us up from hotel to the airport. We were waiting on the road for 20 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel for two reasons: its proximity to the Mumbai International airport, and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service. We needed a room for the night. For the price, it was okay. Good points: The staff were courteous. The shuttle was there on time to take us to the airport. Negatives: The room air- conditioner was squeaking, so we turned it off. The ceiling fan made rattling noises. We were exhausted and slept through.

No complains about the room & hotel. In-fact they arranged pickup from domestic airport as complementary. They let me check in as early as 10:30 - 11:00am, which is very very unusual after having travelled to atleast 25 countries. It was purely a fun & shopping trip, which got it objective achieved. Would definitely use this hotel again because of location, price & convenience.

You get a free pick-up and drop-off at the airport, which is great. In the room there are a mini fridge, a T.V. that is only 22 inches or so, a wardrobe that doesn't have enough vertical space to fit a long dress or long outfit, an AC unit and a ceiling fan. The shower did not have surrounding to keep the water from splashing all over the bathroom floor and on the toilet. The water did not get hot when I was using it but it might have been because so many other people on the floor had just used it. There was no shampoo, but there was a bar of soap. The bed was fine. Think of a dormatory style in an old building. The interior walls have scuff marks and an occasional crack on them. Just like in a dormatory, you will hear noises in the hallways until some time between midnight and 1 am, at which time it gets quiet. Then you hear the noise again in the morning. Breakfast is not included. They use room service for breakfast, and I don't think they have any dining hall. The building is on the same street (only wide enough for one line of cars traveling slowly each direction) as a farmer's-style market with tables and carts to sell fruits, etc. This street runs perpendicular into a main street that has the Times Square building . This building, along with nearby shops like a cafe, is only about a 5-minute-or-so walk from the hotel. Walking across the main street takes some "Frogger" skill, as the traffic has no full breaks in the flow.
