The Hotel is also very good, they have good service, especially the housekeeping. The room is cosy and warm, and they have a very friendly employee. Then, I met the Head of Dept with a really good friend. After that, the service is very helpful and kind. Subsequently, the personnel is very friendly and kind.

The location is good. It is also very close to the Dal Lake and Srinagar Gardens. But the hotel is a damper. It was wonderful to see people on the way up until the moment of check-in. The room was listed as having no view because it was huge. The only view is of the gas cylinder that is kept abut the window. It is very hazardous. While the service is awful, the food is adequate. The timing is also unclear. Receptionists will tell you the restaurant is open until 11 o'clock, but the restaurant crews believe they are open until 10. On inquire, each will tell you bad things about the other. extremely irritating. Also, please read the food bill before paying as they will charge fake bills. The staff is extremely rude, uninformed, and in an attempt to extort money. It is the highest point of the ok room price, they expect you to call other guest rooms to get the basics as the hair dryers appear to have only one in the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for our special occasion. We were surprised to see such an active housekeeping department staff like Mudusir at cleaning if I recall correctly her name. He made sure and ensured that all our needs were met on time and attended professionally. We also saw amir the housekeeping manager who made sure to meet us when we asked for turndown service. He attended her polite gesture and visited us, and we enjoyed seeing such a friendly staff. We as a family enjoyed the way he helped us and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives.

We spent three days in two tranches. They provide excellent service, and the personnel is very courteous. The cuisine is delectable, and the breakfast in particular was the best among the three hotels we stayed in during our trip to Kazmir. They extended the check-out time without additional charges. Shout khan and youni was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Shalimar Garden is a 10-minute walk on all counts.

We changed our rooms from deluxe to premium. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and cordial. Breakfast was also good. The location of the hotel is not great. About a kilometer away from Dal Lake.
