1. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges by the hotel. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be directed to and reconfirmed with the property, and may be subject to additional charges by the hotel.
2. Each person must present a valid photo identification document at the time of check-in. For Indian nationals, a valid photo ID is necessary. For foreign nationals, an original passport and one valid color photo are required as identification at the time of check-in.
3. The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate, marriage photo, or invitation card upon check-in, as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or require a second room to be booked. No refund will be applicable if check-in is denied under such circumstances.
4. Children above 5 years of age will be considered as an extra person, and additional charges will apply.
5. The lead guest for each booking must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (e.g., passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
6. Complimentary breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM in the restaurant.
7. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
8. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
9. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
