My impression of this place was bad, and that is not a good one because we stayed there for one day in April 2013 before starting our journey to human. The hotel was fine and friendly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In actuality, they helped us find the address of the gate warehouse where our bikes were heading and helped us with other small things. Our room was large and clean. The lien was also cleaned and tidy. The blanket provided was nice and soft. The toilet was also clean and usable, something we found dirty in other seemingly fine hotels we checked out previously. Yes, the hot water geyser worked and worked well. I will not say that the stay was luxurious, but for a cheap hotel we couldn't ask for more. I don't remember how the food was because we probably had food from there once, but I think it was good as we don't remember any issues. The hotel has a decent parking lot in front of it. The only drawback I felt was the lack of proper charging points because there were two of us and multiple gadgets that needed to be charged but other than that, I was satisfied with the hotel. A double room with ac, which I think cost rs 1400 was effective, I will stay there.

I have stayed at the Vizhal Hotel several times, and if I return to Siliguri, I will stay there again. The bedding and the rooms are both spotless. The staff is courteous, and there is a decent menu of tasty food. reasonably priced. In the lobby, WiFi is accessible, but the router is too far from the rooms to receive a signal unless you remain in room 101, which is above the lobby. Room 101 also has a view of the road, and there is a small balcony just outside the room, which is a pleasant spot to sit. Although the hotel is close to the busy, noisy hill cart road, it is located in a quiet patel road, which is quite quiet. Neither air conditioning nor rooms are available.
