It is the best hotel. They have the best staffs and very humble owner of the hotel. I forgot my phone in the taxi, the hotel staff made follow-up and it was around 2230 hours. He did all that at his own cost and refused when I offered him some money. I got back my phone. In general, all staffs were welcoming and friendly. I really recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the shopping center just a walking distance and the beach. One last thing they offered me a free drive from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great city location, only a short walk to shops restaurants and the sea front was 5 mins walk. Staff could do enough to help, very cheerful. Organised transport including a daily bus to the cricket, arranged train and air tickets. Food was good. Rooms clean and comfortable with all basic amenities.

Located opposite to KGH clock tower with unmatched comfort, the winsar park has very spacious and neatly maintained rooms. Excellent and courteous staff! The complementary fruit basket in the evening was good and the buffet breakfast was very nice spread. I was expecting south Indian meals in the menu since I was in Andhra but didn't find it :( Overall, my stay was extremely satisfactory stay that also fixed my budget! I don't mind staying in this place during my next visit!

For the long weekend of independence day, we visited vital and stayed two nights in the Winter hotel. There were ten people and three toddlers in the group. The entire experience was smooth and very pleasant. The location is as ideal as can be near Rp beach. Booking the first thing is very smooth and they guarantee that we will not encounter any problems traveling with small children. The service was excellent as promised. They were only a phone call away. The bathrooms and rooms were always spotless and tidy. The food was delicious. The live dosa and omelet counter were a hit, and the breakfast buffet was my personal favourite. They assisted us with scheduling cars and setting up our next trips. The entire staffs' behavior was excellent. I heartily endorse this hotel and I know that the next time I go to vital, I will pick your property at any time.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The management of this place was outstanding. They served a fantastic morning breakfast buffet. All services offered online are online. The location is convenient, very close to the beach, and the city center.

It was a reunion of course buddy buddies. The focus was on the function. The peripheral would not have mattered, but for the excellent service provided by the manager and staff who made our trip such a great event. Probably, out of my five days of stay, there was not a single day I could resist thanking the manager and appreciating the staff for all they did for us. A. Checkin was done without a castle. The owner father and son duo have such wonderful chemistry that I wish I had learnt. I. The sumptuous and quite refreshing breakfast was greeted with the smiles of two professional waitresses. That in itself is sufficient for the day. I. Every day the rooms were kept and cleaned. The housekeeping is excellent. I. Our trip was made special in part because the staff managed the tantrums of almost 50 people with a smile. We never felt pampered. F. The cooks are genuine professionals. Each dish had a unique flavor. The dishes tasted like the name of the dish. I hope the manager and staff a great success on the way. Simply continue to improve. This is a good choice for business trips and family vacations. Excellent hospitality and food of excellent quality and taste. Executive Director is always on the floor and is reachable at all times. We had a very pleasant stay at this place which is close to the city.

I recently went on a road trip with family from Bhubaneswar to Vital around 100 in the morning. The trip was wonderful. We reserved a three-night room at the Winter Park. After seven years, this was our last time staying there. It is still one of the best hotels in vital with a reasonable price. They allowed the king suite at 700 per night. Wonderful accommodations and a wonderful breakfast. We even requested an ala cart for lunch and dinner. It was very reasonable and tasty. The management is very accommodating and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

The airline lost my suitcase on the flight here. We were going inland the next day. The hotel owner personally got involved to solve the problem. He even sent a car to the airport to pick up the suitcase so we could leave the next morning.
