Pet-Friendly Policy: We warmly welcome your furry friends! Kindly walk your pet outside the premises for potty needs, maintaining cleanliness within our home.
Toilet Etiquette: Refrain from flushing down napkins, tissues, or any non-flushable items. Dispose of such items in the provided dustbins located near the toilet.
Book Borrowing: Enjoy our collection of books in the living room. While they're not for sale, feel free to indulge in some literary delight during your stay. Please re-rack the books after use.
General Housekeeping: Keep the living spaces tidy and respect the belongings within the home. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Our caretaker is available to assist with any needs.
Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
Guest Count: The reservation is based on the number of guests specified during booking. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes in the guest count.
Respectful Conduct: Treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Be mindful of neighbors and maintain a courteous demeanor throughout your stay.
Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the premises. Report any issues or concerns promptly to ensure the safety and security of everyone.
Booking Policy: To maintain a serene and respectful atmosphere for all guests, we would like to avoid bookings from unmarried couples. However, relatives and family members are always welcome. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
No Parties or Events: Parties, get-togethers, functions, ceremonies, or similar activities of any kind are strictly not permitted.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside areas like the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, or living room. You may smoke in the sit-out area using the ashtrays provided.
Identification Requirement: Guests are required to provide a valid ID card with complete address proof at check-in. This is mandatory as per local law in Odisha, India. Non-Indian citizens must fill in FRRO information on the FRRO site from the Government of India.
Visitor Policy: No additional guests are allowed on the property apart from those who are part of the booking. This is for safety and security reasons.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is allowed within reasonable limits. Excessive drinking, disturbances, or damage to the property will not be tolerated. If any incident occurs due to excessive alcohol consumption, we will report it to agoda and adequate fine will be imposed. Please drink responsibly.
Kitchen Use: The homestay is equipped with a kitchen. Guests are requested to clean dishes and utensils after use. Leftovers should be disposed of in the trash can.
Personal Belongings: Please ensure you take all your belongings with you upon check-out. We are not responsible for any items left behind, as we thoroughly clean the apartment and dispose of anything left in the garbage.
