Friendly staff that remembered me from my previous trip a year prior. I had a very comfortable room with a/c and fan. Good wifi connection. Walkable to many places in Connaught Place.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The building is older but fairly well maintained. The room I stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated. Location is ideal for the metro and local train stations are within walking distance.

It’s a 2.5 star hotel, so don’t expect much. It is clean, the Des’s are good. No elevators. No Aircon. (But fan). Staff is friendly and helpful, but also forgetful. I had to ask everyday to have the complimentary tea and coffee refilled. The location is great, just don’t expect any views. My room looked inside a 3x3 m light shaft with dirty walls. The rooms are small (which you should expect). There was another international guest who was very cranky and shouted at the staff. Remember that with asking nicely and a smile nothing is impossible in India. I enjoyed the breakfast fast, just ask for fresh paratha or roti out of the pan and they do a good omelette. I will stay there again as it is value for money. No hidden fees or charges. Have some small change, you need to pay for extras straight away.
