The restaurant has excellent food, but don't expect a menu card because the food is purely vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The cottages are very comfortable and tidy. Nature's sounds, the flowing river, were lovely. This is the ideal spot if you want to hike up the mountains or just relax and spend time with your loved ones. There is no network, so people addicted should come for a detox.

Jungle Valley provides peace and tranquility away from the weekend or holiday crowds in Mahabalashwar. A short drive takes you to Jungle valley, an agricultural resort farm house. It is situated in a forest and has mountains all around you. There is no better place to be if you travel during the monsoon. Behind the resort, there is a river where you may go for a quick hike and ask for your morning tea to be brewed. You can take in the many picturesque images of Switzerland on your journey from Mahabalashwar to Jungle Valley. I would not want to comment on the food. I have been here twice. The food was my first experience. But, on my second visit, it was a letdown. If you travel in winter, the staff will allow you to pick strawberries from the farm and sample them. Do not miss taking a stroll around the location.

This is a wonderful resort with friendly staff. The food is delicious but don't expect a menu card. Its just vegetarian or vegan because it's great. The villas are lovely, spacious and clean. Nature sounds and flowing river were absolutely beautiful. Perfect place if you want to go on hikes up mountains or just relax and spend time with your loved ones. There is no network so network addicted should come for a detox!
