Me and my wife remained at the property for one night. Checkin began in February. The property is situated on a cliff on a child beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. From the property, we were aware of this in advance. We arrived earlier than checkin time. We had lunch at the hotels restaurant because the room wasnt ready yet, and they promised to clean it by that time. The cuisine was decent. After lunch, when we proceeded to the room on the top floor, we had the first indication of the property's age. The lift was the smallest I've seen in 39 years of living. There were just three ordinary people in the room, but it may have been the finest when the hotel was built. After entering the room, we discovered the curtains, ceiling fan, and table to be extremely dusty. When we switched on the air conditioner, which was not a central unit, we noticed dust in the air. The air vents were also very filthy. We complained about this to the front desk. A cleaning crew came to check this. We displayed the situation to her. After giving specific instructions and showing her the dust hanging on the fan, curtains, and other things, we were expecting the hotel to clean the room properly. I would probably stay here again until there is a better hotel with a view that wont happen due to all the coastal regulations, so maybe they are safe for some more years. This hotel is located on a cliff and has a great 360 degree view of the Arabian Sea. I don't think there is a property in manner or in Herald? With such fantastic view. Checking was smooth, and we were assigned a balcony room facing the restaurant. Its a very old hotel and would have been wonderful in is. But they haven't moved from is. The rooms are outdated. Cleanliness needs to be improved. We could see some trash under the bed. I had the impression that hotel management is complacent with the status quo because there is no real competition in the area. Ordered some food items and were reasonably priced except for water. They charged 33 for water rp 10. If you want to charge 33 for water, get one with 33 or something similar to movie theaters or dominos. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special.

When I visit Banggalore for short visits, I've been staying here as mascot on a regular basis. Even though the location is great, the interiors are really old and need serious renovation because the furniture is creaking and has only basic amenities. We all look forward to spotlessly clean, sanitized rooms with a lovely, hot shower today. The food is not as delicious as the good stuff that way is famous for. Breakfast buffet is basic but not very tasty. The staff is friendly, and room service is good. Sometimes there may be functional issues in most of the rooms. As we can look forward to staying at this hotel on upcoming trips, request that management do a basic makeover of rooms in stages. Even the food should be improved. The staff is excellent.
