I booked this hotel for my parents and the enjoyed their stay. Hotel staffs were courteous and rooms were clean and comfortable. Will consider this hotel again for staying.

It is good place to stay. We are from hyderabad and could not get small rice in the hotel and they served kuttu (rice available in kerala) which was disliked by my family. Rooms are fine and management is good and friendly.Guruvayoor temple is quite near for walking 5 mts as my mother is elderly she could go thru auto they charge rs20 to the temple place. it is quite reasonable. we took indiaca for covering near by places : Tripayar rama temple, kodungulur bhagawati temple, chavvkkad beach, thiruvachekulam siva temple and also covered trissur temples: vadakannathan, thiruvambadi and bhagawati temple, zoo. In the guruvayoor : parthasarathy temple is excellent, mamiyoor is worth watching, punathoor kotta (elephent sanctuary) is excellent we could never see that many elephents in one place. our trip was excellent and marvellous. We thank hotels.com for booking in advance to make our journey and stay more comfortable.

We stayed with family for 2 nights in the first week of bug 2019. Plenty of parking and check-in was quick. Complete lack of maintenance seen everywhere. Cleanliness requires lots of attention. Mattresses, towels, and the list goes on. The restaurant is not attached and must be strolled for a few minutes. They had limited choices and most importantly they did not serve standard keralite breakfast varieties like appa etc. The only benefit is it's close proximity to the railway station and nothing else.

Very comfortable hotel with a good cleanliness and maintenance. The employee here was very polite. The cleanliness was very neat and well maintained. They even take all necessary precautions to be aware of the current environment. They also keep the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Then we are planning to return in September.

We stayed here on Jan. 10 and had meals in this hotel. We came here to commemorate my son's marriage. Very clean place, great service with delicious food. Very convenient location, and only a little bit away from crowds. Overall, we had a good experience. But, they can be better and make it a memorable place to live and eat.

All in all, I would recommend the hotel. Along with my family, I visited the Gurvayoor temple and stayed in a kids bandana during the trip. The hotel is pleasant and has comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and available on short notice. It has a decent restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at their respective times. The last one is it is a valuable distance from the temple. Some drawbacks are 1. Room service tea was terrible, so we had to squander it. 2. The distance from the main entry to the hotel lobby is unevenly constructed. Walking at night or with children is important. 3. There are frequent power outages in the hotel, despite the hotel's power backup.

I would definitely recommend the hotel. When I visited the Gurvayoor Temple with my family, I stayed at a children's bandana during the trip. Some advantages include 1. The hotel is lovely with cozy rooms. 2. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they respond quickly. 3. It has a decent eatery where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at their preferred times. 4. Finally, it is a long distance from the temple. Some drawbacks are 1. The tea provided by room service was bad, so we had to throw it away. 2. The main entrance to the hotel lobby is poorly constructed. 2. If you're traveling at night or are traveling with children, be cautious. 3. There are frequent power cuts even though the hotel has power backup.

Hotel is situated close to temple. I didn't get Kerala style food in their restaurant, bit disappointed. But both restaurant and hotel staff were very kind. Worth for money, will choose this hotel next time.
