Stayed at the Red Fox for an overnight layover between flights. It is within 10 minutes of the airport and was a great place to reset after a long international flight. The facility was clean and well-appointed, including a nice fitness center. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

As a solo traveller, I asked for a pickup several times by email but more than a reply "that we will transfer your mail" I did not get, so finally I took a taxi at the airport. This was the only thing I could reproach. From the minute I entered the hotel everything was smooth and gently. Front desk super friendly, bell boy same. I got a complementary dinner as my flight was early morning so breakfast was not possible for me. Dinner was very nice. They arranged a taxi for me. Good bedding, good shower, security. I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi (did not ask either) but with enough data on my phone I did not care. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. It is like a 10 - 15 ride to terminal 3.

I had a great time for the 8 days I stayed in October 2024. During the first day of breakfast buffet, I mentioned in the survey that I'd have liked more cooked vegetable options. After that, the kitchen staff provided me sauteed vegetables every morning. I am very thankful to all the kitchen staff including the managers. A very positive experience with the laundry, housekeeping and front desk personnel as well. I stayed for a few days in a similarly priced hotel in Aerocity. Red Fox's condition of rooms (especially the renovated ones) is much, much better (rooms and bathrooms are bigger as well at Red Fox). Hotel is right next to the dining area in Aerocity with a food court and many other restaurants. It is about a 5-minute walk to Aerocity metro station of the Airport Express Line. I travel to Delhi at least once a year and will definitely be staying again at Red Fox.
