Our stay started with some totally unnecessary/avoidable confusion/hassle at check in. Even though booking for 1 or 2 people came up with the same price if booking online, they tried to say I must pay for an additional breakfast. I wasn't having this, and eventually with multiple talks and calls to my room they conceded and agreed. Once that hurdle was past all went well. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious. Clean. Comfy. The shower the best I've ever had. Tons of water pressure. Room service was prompt & the food was good. The staff other than the check in lady were amazing. Friendly & courteous. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The breakfast waiter Anjan, was amazing. So sweet. Lovely boy. *On the down side. There was a family staying with small children. They were in the pool when we arrived, and were so rudely noisey disturbing all staying in the hotel. In the very early morning hours this same family were allowed to let their kids scream and disturb all again running throughout the hotel uncontrolled with no one at the hotel asking them to please control their kids. This we found extremely rude and unacceptable that the hotel staff said and did nothing about this. Fortunately, I'm sure this family will not be there if I come again so still will. Also, they have a beautiful Pool Table to use in the lobby, but unfortunately no proper pool cues with proper tips available to use.

I stayed at the living room in goa with a few friends. We spent 3 comfortable weeks at the living room hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and in a safe and clean environment , the rooms were very neat. The food at the restaurant was good. Room service was great too however the hotel stopped serving room service after 11:30 which was a bummer.. Overall our experience at the living room hotel was great!

Supert hotell med sentral og fin beliggenhet. Vi var to kompiser som reiste sammen og dette var helt topp for oss.

Convenient location, but obviously a little distance from the beach. The staff was warm and helpful; breakfast was nice as well. My only negative comments probably are about small issues with the maintenance of the room - the balcony was in accessible because it was nailed shut for some reason. I had a water outage as well in the morning, but it was rectified by the staff immediately.

Good hotel, probably the best in the surrounding area. Excellent staff and a superb breakfast. Well located near bars, shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Rooms were small and they didn't have twin beds despite requesting. Not totally clean bathrooms (and tiny) Hotel needs an uplift.

The lobby noises are so loud at night that it is hard to sleep.Rooms on the 1st floor, esp the ones nearest to the lobby, have to put up with loud conversation all the time. The Hotel should have a "Silence" policy and train its staff to speak at low decibel levels. There is no car-park available. This makes your car unsafe at night, as parking on main roadcould be risky.

I stayed at the Living room for 4 nights the hotel is very tiny as compared to the looks of it on pictures, Room is huge though I liked the space.Room amenities were almost absent like the tea/coffee making facility, cups/glasses . Also there is some serious drainage problem as the flush would get choked every single time it was used . However, the staff at living room is not very professional but they are very helpful I'd give them that if we had any sort of problem or issue they would be on their toes to resolve the matter . Breakfast is just average there is almost no variety at all just one Indian option, one European, cereals. However the fresh juices, coffee and live eggs station was brilliant and again the staff service was brilliant . Even though the hotel seemed decently occupied they had very scanty staff working. All in all its a decent place , to go but if asked to go there again I would never want to .

Horribly rude staff. No concept of service. Left the key in the room and they said first charge for the extra key and pay in cash else won't give key. How do you do that when your wallet is in the room. only knows how to annoy you. Also 11:00 am checkout!

Decent accommodations and good location but the staff is very unfriendly and don't treat you well at all. Check in procedure feels like you are being admitted into a prison. Had a terrible experience a couple of years ago. Last time the cleaning staff broke our laptop (there was a footprint on it) but the hotel never owned up to it. Unfortunately got booked again through a company booking and we didn't expect it -- but NOTHING has changed. Same rude staff , same couldn't care less attitude.

I travelled to Goa with four of my friends. This wasn’t our first trip to Goa so we exactly knew how it works there. We stayed at the Living Room Vagator for four days and four nights and it was a horrible experience. The hotel in reality did not look like the pictures we saw on the website, it looked much more fancier and luxurious in the pictures while in reality it was not at all well done. This hotel can definitely not be rated as a 4 star property. The hotel’s staff members were some really unfriendly and disrespectful people that I have ever seen. Another inconsiderate thing that we noticed was the security guard of the hotel was either always sleeping or was missing during the night hours, this hampers the safety and security of the guests. Even after complaining once to the lady manager there, the guard was caught sleeping yet again. The lady manager who sits at the front desk was immensely rude and uncourteous. The wifi never worked in the rooms because of their pathetic Internet connection. To top it all, the AC of one of our rooms was constantly leaking. We got it repaired on our 2nd day of stay and it took a complete one-hour to function properly. Overall, the entire stay was unpleasant and not at all worth the price we paid.

Hotel was in decent condition but our room had ants, we were a group of 16 with multiple rooms and a few of the other rooms had issues with their doors not locking and the bathroom smelled ...the lady that works in the reception seems to have a deal with the cabbies because they were charging us an extra 500rs for airport drop off and claimed it was due to the traffic and that it would take us 3hrs to reach the airport (normally a 1hr drive) the receptionist corroborated this report and told us we had no choice but to pay this as no one would take us and it would take 3hrs for sure ..at the end it took us 1.5hrs to reach, and when we argued with the cabbie and said we wouldn't pay the extra money, he threw our luggage back into the cab and said 'what're you gonna do about it?' ..also one morning we went out and had left one room key with the receptionist informing her our parents would be arriving today and to let them into the room she agreed, however when they arrived she refused to let them in and they sat in the lobby for 1.5hrs waiting with their luggage eventually our parents just rented another room as they were so exhausted and couldn't wait for us to return

I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. We paid $219 for a night and the experience was horrible. Shower was dirty, room was small, and there were ants everywhere.
