Excellent property. Well maintained. Staff is great … specially dining room staff. My wife and 2 daughter stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 5 days and it was perfect / amazing. Ver spacious with 2 bedrooms/ separate living dining area / 2 bathrooms. Restaurant staff was very nice and proficient. I personally dealt with the front desk and Door/Bell desk staff and found them excellent too.

Stayed 4nights, P Courteous my car at hotel....it has valet parking which is quite good, got a room upgrade. Quiet rooms though mine faced inside the mall, good. Comfortable room. Some issue with electrical charging points but was attended to promptly. Will recommend stay if you are around. Vauxhali metro station is about 200m away. Convenience of nice mall right next door. Good options to eat within hotel or at .....MC Donalds... food court. Courteous staff.

Excellent value for money and gorgeous rooftop pool. Far out from the centre in a not particularly interesting area but that will be why the price is good for the value. Check in took a while.

Check in was much smoother on this trip. Overall a good hotel for the price and the restaurant was very good. The grill is mediocre and waiters could not understand English very well. But will most likely stay again. The mall next door is very handy with plenty of good shops and a good food court. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating.
