Nice clean room and especially bathroom. Good amenities in the room. Would have been nice to replenish coffee and tea sachets on a daily basis. Excellent staff. Alwin at reception was awesome. Staff who served us at the bar and the restaurant ( cannot remember his name) was great too. Overall very pleasant stay. Regards Peter

We have a pleasant stay at this property! Staffs are helpful. Very advisable for family as they have a spacious playground. It just a little faraway from Vailankanni Church so we have to spend for ride or walk around 20 minutes but overall we have a pleasant stay.

The delux room was small conpared to what we normally see at proce range. Adding extra bed made it very cramp. The room is just for 2 only. The food was good in virundu restaurant especially sambar rice. Pool was nice though we did not use it. Small play area around the hotel was nice. Maintenance work can be avoided during weekends. Staff members are very courteous but seriously understaffed. Overall good experience.

I first stayed in this hotel about 17 years ago and I do not regret having stayed here recently. The rooms were clean and the check in was smooth and all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The AC in our room was dysfunctional , the management very promptly changed our rooms. The food in the Restaurant was also good. Overall a good experience. Recommend it !

Staff are not customer-friendly and are in a hurry to close the restaurant, even though they refused to serve an omelette. Food cost is really high, even overall cost, including breakfast, was not worth. No toilet tissues etc.
