We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay in Pride Amber resort. All staff members are very attentive, helpful and courteous. My special thanks to Mr Mahesh( from Bandhani restaurant) and Mr Saini ( Who helped sorting out our reservations). Will definitely come back.

A very comfortable stay. Went with family, spacious and clean rooms. Food was good. Everyone was polite and helpful. Worth paying the price. Even in such hot weather, the property was very well maintained and everything was up to the mark. Definitely worth a second visit.

Excellent service, facilities and room. Helpful and friendly staff. We loved the pool. It's a bit far out of town and the surrounding area isn't terribly nice, but as a getaway after some hectic touring, it's a great option.

It was a very wonderful experience to stay at this beautiful traditionally designed resort. The staff also is very courteous. We would for sure visit again but for few more days as it was very relaxing. The food also is very hygienic. Over all its a 5 star rating.

We had a hard time getting the best commitment from this hotel. The property is nice but the service is not very good. There is no one to take responsibility for you until you book and they might take care of you until the booking. This is not the case with this hotel.

I reserved the venue for my New Year's Eve celebrations on December 31, 2019. My expectations were very high, and I anticipated a good experience given Google's 4. 2 rating and the images that were uploaded on various website pages. However, as I entered the designated room, the sofas, linens, and washroom were unclean and unsanitary. The tray with water provided at the reception was also unclean. The ambiance was subpar. I had a bad experience. I checked in and paid for New Years Eve, which was not a problem during my Pgoda. Com booking, but I didn't even spend an hour. I spoke with the location manager Bupinder and Go Sake on the same. They recommended another room, but there was the same hygiene issue. Both Bupinder and Sak agreed to refund my New Years Eve amount. Also, Gopal from their finance team was in touch with me. He acknowledged that the cheque had been created and that it would be deposited in the account details I provided. However, nothing has changed in nine months. The current Covid 19 situation underscores the importance of health protocols and hygiene conditions. I declined the stay because of the same. I understand it's challenging, but having someone wait nine months without no response is the worst customer service one can offer.

This resort is a rite of passage for Cownki Thani. Very spacious. 5 stars for cleaning and room service. These two departments never say no to anyone. The receptionists are a little disjointed, but they are decent. The spa is also excellent and has a good size pool. a beautiful place to stay. Let's talk about the village right now. On Friday night we visited Cownki Thani, it was hell crowded and took 30-40 minutes to enter. After that, it took 50 minutes to wait for dinner. But it's beautifully made. Lots of activities to do. On Saturday night we visited Amber village. Because everyone goes to Cownki Thani, it was very less crowded. Although their activities are limited, their quality is the same. If you want to see the Rajasthani culture and relax, you can relax more here. The staff here is excellent. This establishment will undoubtedly be competitive soon.

I'm pleased that the pride Amber Villas resort spa team is fantastic for hosting weddings. My sister's wedding at the resort was planned for me. From March 25 to February 27, 2020, we had reserved the entire resort. This resort is without a doubt the finest for a wedding, but the entire resort's management and other personnel were friendly and accommodating of the various activities we required their assistance to organize at the resort. I enjoy naming some of the personnel members who I contacted. Many thanks to my. Bhupender singh shekhawat, my. Khemraj singh solange, my. Balsam solange, and my. Kinda hikari chef who work on the resort's management were instrumental in ensuring the success of my sisters wedding.

The resort is a nice establishment and neighborhood with nice amenities. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Issues: hot water for the shower is unavailable frequently. The surrounding area outside the hotel is a very busy, high traffic highway, so it isn't the most pleasant experience on foot.

It was good staff is generous and cooperative. Lawns are beautiful but certain things as listed below shall be taken care of to make guest more comfortable. Overall experience was good. 1. Needs Awnings/coverings on room doors to have shade when stepping out of room. 2. SPA timing shall start early, as after having something can't take SPA . 3. Requires fumigation/chemical treatment in Restaurant/Dining area to get rid of rats n rodents. 4. Guests checking in, having own car/vehicle some car wash/car cleaning facility shall be provided.

Stayed 3 nights. Kids had a blast at the pool which is pretty impressive. The hotel has a small Rajasthani "village" attached to it, to make the overall experience interesting, especially for the kids. Right across the hotel is Choki Dhani. Don't miss out on having an evening out at Choki Dhani. Certainly one of the highlghts of our trip!
