• Scooter (Honda Activa-i) with a single helmet is available for rent. Provided with full tank petrol, please return the scooter with the same after use.
HOMESTAY GUIDELINES
• Guests are not allowed to sleep on the sofa set and the Diwan provided in the living room.
Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the homestay guidelines at out place. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

• Please inform the host in advance if you are planning to invite your friend/friends for a few hours stay. Family members or friends spending time, overnight is considered as an extra adult, and will be charged accordingly.
KITCHEN
• Always keep your door closed, especially when the air conditioner is ON, as this will enable the air conditioner compressor to go into standby mode thereby minimizing the electricity consumption.
• Unlimited purified water available with the latest L.G water purifier, available in the kitchen.
• Kitchen will be non-operational after 10 pm. Please refrain from using them after the mentioned time. Also, please clean up after yourself. This applies to both cooking utensils and Kitchen working area, if needed.
• Check-in time: 14:00. Check-out time: 11:00.
• All the grocery items for cooking and laundry must be bought by the guest.

HOUSE GUIDELINES & INFO
• Please DONOT IRON on the bed as it can stain/burn the bed. An ironing table along with cordless ironing box is provided. A fine of 5000 rupees will be levied on the guest if any damage to the mattress.
We’re so happy you chose our property for your stay.
• A fine of 400 rupees will be charged if the towels or bedsheets are color stained. This fine will be used for dry cleaning them.
Have A Great Stay
• Housekeeping: It is done every 2nd night, minimum 2 nights (Not applicable for long-term stay). Bedsheets and towels are changed upon request.
If early check-in or extension of check-out required, please inform the host in advance, will be provided based on availability. Please note, check-in, check-out timings are fixed. There is no 24-hour check-in/check-out.
• Please keep all the windows of your room and balcony closed at night, as this will prevent insects from entering the house.
REST OF THE BUILDING
• Please keep the footwears by the door inside. Foot wears are not allowed inside the house (house slippers allowed).
• Receiving this document means you acknowledge and accepts the rules and regulations that needs to be followed in this Homestay when you check-in to this property, 1 Private Room in 3BHK Homestay located in D1602, Royal Embassy, Manipal.

• Each guest is responsible for his/her property that he/she brings to the Homestay. The owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the same.
• Guest is required to provide to the host, a government authorized identification card at the time of the check-in.
BEDROOM
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• We have a storage water heater/geyser Please switch off the geyser/water heater when not in use. It takes 10-15min to heat up (orange light switch off. Only green light remains). Please don’t take bath with the geyser on. This could damage the geyser/water heater.
• Please keep all the windows closed during monsoon season as the heavy breeze and rain can flood the room and damage the amenities provided in the room.
ATTENTION!
As this is a Homestay, it comes with its own sets of house guidelines.
• No compensation will be given for any temporary outage or lack of availability of electricity, gas, water, cable, maintenance, or telephone services.
• Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime provided in the room.
• A separate set of cooking utensils are provided for the guest. Please enquire about them. Kindly refrain from using the cooking utensils that are not provided to the guest. To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them. Kitchen cleaning products are in the kitchen. If any products run out during your stay, please let us know so we can replace them for the next guests.
• The building has a no-sound policy after 6:30pm. Hence please avoid extremely loud sounds or music after the specified time.
• Royal Embassy Health Center: Prices for the gym, swimming pool, yoga hall and games are not included. It will cost 150rs/Pax/Day, which can be forwarded to the following UPI ID: 9901764129@ibl. Please do inform in advance as it requires permission. Please show your booking voucher to the security at the health center for entry. Please inform and pay in advance to use the facilities provided. The building provides a good package for long term tenants (minimum 6 months).
• Living and the dining room are free to use as it won’t be used by us. Kitchen is common.
• Host is not responsible for any damage or loss to the guest, bodily or property he/she brought to the Homestay, caused due to the inappropriate use of the appliances or Homestay.
• We have a WIFI broadband network speed of 200 Mbps speed. User ID & password is provided in the post-booking details of the Airbnb and in the documents that will be provided a week before the check-in.
• Payment of the entire stay needs to be made upfront (7 days before the check-in date) before the guest arrive at the homestay to confirm the booking.
• Bargaining is not encouraged after the initial bargained offer price. This includes the hotel rates and the scooter rentals.
