Depending on the time of your arrival, the keys will be handed over by the property manager or the security guard between 09:00 and 18:00. The property manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the property and hand over the keys.The security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The property manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the property the following morning.Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of INR 3000.Please note that check-in may be delayed until 18:00 for same-day bookings.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
