Damages caused by the guest to the property including soiling of linen /urinating on bed/linen guest/s will have to pay damages worked out by the hotel management at their discretion.


The property accepts bookings only from non-local guests. Guests whose residence is within the same city as the property will not be allowed to check in.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
The property does not provide room service.
The property reserves the right to decline accommodation to localities or same city residents or Unmarried Couples.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are arranged/served strictly in the Restaurant only at extra cost (as per the Rate shown on the Menu).
