A sea green room next door to the sea green south, but part of the same complex, is a bit faded but has everything you could need. Large, quiet guaranteed room with aircon, kettle, fridge and balcony that, in my case, overlooked the Brabourne Stadium, owned by the cricket club of india, and had side sea views on the other side. Breakfast was a very nice omelet and fruit in the room and the room boys were supervigilant! Laundry could be picked up in the morning and returned, pressed, in a newspaper package tucked away with string by the evening for the princely sum of 40 rupees cup. The only disappointment was the nonstop wifi, but the helpful reception staff always did everything they could to get it back! If you are on a tight budget, would definitely recommend this location.

The location is fantastic, the view of the Marine Drive and the Arabian Sea from the deluxe suite is just incredible. One could easily spend an entire day relaxing on the balcony sipping teacoffee and enjoying the mesmerizing view and sunset. The suite is pleasant, the staff is very helpful and the services are prompt. The wifi is reasonably strong. The free breakfast is simple but delicious bread, butter jam, teacoffee, and pohacornflakesomelette. The only thing the hotel lacks is a restaurant. However, there are plenty of restaurants around, so it's not a big deal. I had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend it to others.

Two hotels are close, both of which have the same compound wall. The check-in process went without a hitch. The old type of rooms is not worth the money. Average cleanliness. Ac is outdated. Although the bathroom is huge, it's not modern. They could have kept it well. The staff is helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

I had to ask specifically for a roll of TP. That was interesting. The hot water was not working, and I'm not sure if the AC was working or just blowing air. A block away is a very modern hotel at $40 more per night. On the good side, Sea Green South offered laundry services at about 1/4 the price of the "modern" hotel.
