The atmosphere is calm and there are no pools. The room was well-kept. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of sand in it. The room was clean with air conditioning and sea views and a comfy bed. This hotel had good cleanliness overall. Located in the perfect location for the resort, just in front of the beach, and there is a swimming pool nearby. The staff is kind and friendly and help when needed. The price is worth what you get and the food taste good. They offer free drinking water from the water cooler. The garden in the garden and reception area is great for kids. But, as a rule, it took a long time to prepare the food for all of our guests. A lack of chefs and staff. There is WiFi facilities in the room, it's only in the garden, and the dining room.

One of the best hotels that I have ever been to. When I was in Poli. Very friendly and caring personnel are here. The most beautiful and precious hotel is located close to Hare Banda for importing fish from the market. Very nice person I met last 78 years. My. Sugar. My. Pasar. And a good caretaker my. Slam.

I gave it two stars for it's strategic position on the beach. Trip Advisor stated that it is a bed and breakfast establishment, not a resort. The rooms are adequate, and the toilet and bathroom are in dire need of repair. Beds are extremely small. It was difficult to put our baby there because it was so small. There is no kettle, and based on their sign, you are not permitted to consume foods. However, they never provide you with every time, not even at the time they indicated for snacksdinner. The meal was adequate and had virtually no options. Even though we had placed a purchase 30 minutes ago by their requirement, it took them one to serve a straightforward veggie thali. We were extremely hungry, and according to their signboard, it was snack time, but there was none. We are vegetarians, so we cannot comment on the seafood, but they say they will prepare the fish for you if you ask. The hotel has an open porch, and it appears that individuals can smoke there. No separate location. We had an awful experience at night when the so-called Do playing armpit singh and all other terrible songs were playing right outside our room until 10. 30 p. M. When we finally got to sleep, the group had to go all the way to their reception to ask to leave. Hotel is unquestionably not kid-friendly. We had chosen the hotel for it

You will be made to feel at home. The location is very pleasant, delicious food, close to the beach. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have nights, so the atmosphere is very happy during the night. You can enjoy the beach on the front porch in the morning and afternoon.

Good stay. In October 2020, we reserved two floor-to-floor super deluxe rooms facing the sea, and we had a great time. As the staff was always wearing face masks, the couid procedure was fine. We arrived on a weekday, and all 30 accommodations were packed with a large group with numerous younger children and family members. Another family of 1012 adults was present at the resort. We saw no visitors using face masks inside the resort because most of the visitors were well-known to their groups members. Our visit was on a weekday, and all 30 rooms were full with a sizable group with smaller children and their families. In the evening, the band members performed music and dancing in the resort, and guests were playing music and dancing. The property is on a shoreline that is closer to hare under, and kids loved the beach. If you purchased fish at the local market, the kitchen had the option to prepare fish fry. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and there was a balcony where you could relax. The furniture was just fine. The property has a fantastic sunset. The cuisine was excellent. Breakfast has a restricted range, but it was only offered to us on a one-off basis from the neighborhood manager. Our time was really enjoyable. Due to the number of users of the same, the internet is very weak.

We have stayed here 4 times so far, recently on 27-Mar-2021. Property is basic, nothing great, but at the same time it has its own neatness. It's right on the beach, an amazing location, but we were disappointed to see that beach had a lot of garbage!! Not so clean beach ... unfortunately many beaches in Kokan area have become like this. If you are fine with this, then this can even be an amazing stay, since staff is extremely helpful and good.

The hotel is pretty descent and value for money. This resort is truly beach touch. But the wifi facility is really bad, as the phone coverage for most of the services providers are bad, this becomes major drawback. The food is really is good. You can buy fish from the harnai fish market and ask the restaurant to cook it for you.

The location of the Resort is good being very close to the beach. Service was good, however, food quality is not up to the mark with very little choice. The rooms do not appear well maintained with beds making noises, bathroom having leakages and overall not smelling fresh. Did not think the rooms were worth the tariff paid. Wi-Fi signals to not have signals inside rooms while there is very little mobile connectivity. You are almost of out communication with the world.

This property is terrible!!!! Wires joined together with tape, air con units not working, wallpaper falling off the walls, damp. These are just a list of a few things wrong, let alone the dirtiness of the whole resort. Avoid at all costs!!!!
