On June 45, 2022, we had a family gathering. We chose this water resort to spend two days together based on the preferences of the kids. Three rooms were reserved for two days to enjoy leisure discussions by the following evening. We ate breakfast in the restaurant located on the resort campus as we arrived. The ordering of 810 South Indian items took about one hour, and another 30 minutes was spent to serve the tea. We didn't mind at that time since we were meeting after a long time and lots of discussion was going on. The rooms were very big and clean. Good furniture and upholstery. In addition, two rooms were linked, which allowed for fun for the kids. We checked in and walked to the water park right away for the rides. The day was enjoyable. In the evening, we went back to the same restaurant to have some tea, which took another 50 minutes to serve. We decided to eat outside the resort after that. Fortunately, there are several options within the 0. 5 mile radius. When we returned to our room, the first batch went to the bathroom had a terrible experience. The basin and toilet flush delivered very hot water. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet didn't have a window or other means of venturing the air. Overall, I really liked this place. Everything from the atmosphere, concept, and food was just so fantastic. I would surely return. We were coming back from Lanavala and had lunch here at Santos. The location is really spacious and decent. A perfect place to visit with friends or family at any time of the day. Basically, there are all types of food under one roof. We had khaskhas drink, fruit punch, spring rolls, chicken platter, paneer tikka, chicken lollipops, chicken mussalam, chicken kebab, vegetable platterpaneer, mushrooms and potatoes, and in desserts, a cream and gulab damn.

Good hotel. Staff is helpful. They gave me a late checkout as my wife was sick. Rooms are old so all the wood on the walls is bent, the bath tub has a little rust on it. Parking in the back is terrible. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing.

Very poor rooms especially the bathroom Breakfast which we paid for didn’t give you much choice if any, no internet and generally cleanliness was very poor.
