The food served at this hotel is very nice. The lobby music is so relaxing. The rooms are clean and well kept. Overall, it's a very pleasant stay. I will visit. Thank you to everyone who made my stay nice.

Excellent location for lodging, with spotless, wellkept rooms, and courteous and kind personnel ready to assist with all your requirements. The variety of cuisine, which tastes like homemade with less oil and is delicious, deserves special mention. The menu changes daily. Bravo to the chef! I suggest having onsite dry cleaning.

Staff was nice but seemed confused if I still needed to pay if booking from Expedia, so check in and check out took longer. My room was clean and up to standards. Would equate it to a 3 star hotel in the US.

Papri is very good at her work. She provides great room service during my stay. However, there is one problem the wifi is not working properly. Hope this problem will be resolved soon. The food is good here, the staff are polite and cooperative.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. The rooms are calm and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The food is also very tasty and the chef even got me something out of the menu because i wanted jain food. Room cleaning could have been done better. The only problem i faced was very frequent power cuts. There are regular power cuts during the day and even at night sometimes. Will definitely visit again.

Overall, i would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Nice lobby to meet and greet. A very good hotel to stay at. Nice park a block away. On a quiet street. The receptionist is very polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the waiters are very friendly. 24 hour room service is a plus. Good range of menus. Gym onsite. I wish the bar was not so dark. Too modern looking for my taste. They have a good selection of drinks.

The exterior is nice, but the rooms look old, aging needs improvement, especially plumbing and bath fittings! Amenities are not very extensive! Breakfast spread was very limited, even butter was not available! Overall a good experience!.

The dining area, reception, and housekeeping are all very welcoming. We werent happy at first, but all departments went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and eventually fulfilled our request. The fifthfloor room was incredibly roomy and had a lovely view.

I had a pleasant stay here. Situated nicely in jp nagar. The rooms are decent, albeit smelled musty. My room lacked a window, and the gym was not functional, thus i would not give it five stars. There are excellent dining options available here.

It's better to book another hotel, possibly even a 23-star one. Starting with the one and only positive the restaurant that serves breakfast and food. That's the only reason this property deserves a single star! If not for the restaurant and staff, the hotel will get zero stars from me. Have been a regular Samovar customer and usually they are pretty good. It would do a lot of good for the Samovar chain to abandon this property to ensure no further damage to the brand. Booking Koibito and the hotel were allowed to book one room for three adults and a child, even though we were looking to book two rooms at the moment of the night past midnight. The staff asked for all the occupants, including the elderly, which was fair even despite the state of fatigue we were all in. A little empathy would have shown some interpersonal skill. There was no need to mention that police were going to be a problem! We had the impression that it was a decent star family hotel. Before being prepared, the room could have required bed linens. The room was filthy, unclean, and stained linen, and the restrooms were filthy. This cannot pass as a star property. Sadly, we were all too exhausted to snap pictures. The food was excellent. Service at the restaurant was excellent. The rest of the hotel are delaying the restaurants employees. Not advised!

This is our official visit to Bangalore and we loved it so much. The room and all the facilities are good, and the room size is ok. The food quality and quantity is good. I will stay here again next week.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room service was excellent. Housekeepings mr. Gopal was always willing to assist with all the necessities and restock the necessities. He also provided me with the best recommendations and guided me on my trip around the city.

The rooms are nice. The service guys are very humble and polite. Had really liked the hospitality from saahil and amit. However, due to covid, the menu will be limited as many rooms are empty and will be limited rather than a buffet. Also, for the same reason, you have to call reception to turn on the hot water if you want to take a bath later in the afternoon or evening.

The housekeeping staff is really fantastic and actively performs their duties. If at all possible, use room freshener as it keeps the environment in the room fresh. Gym service is also good, but make sure the gym has a music system, which would be very nice. Overall, the service is quite good.
