Very good hotel, very good location and the amazing staff. The front desk staff are professional and polite. Restaurant food is fantastic, the staff is disciplined. Just need to improve housekeeping cleanliness bathroom especially overall it was a very good experience.

The room was spacious but slightly oddly designed. The step leading up to the bathroom was a real stumbling block. Old people using wheelchairs would find it very difficult. It is possible that they have other disabled-friendly rooms. The bathrooms lighting was inadequate. I was unable to put on the exhaust fan because it was a hoax. The quilt cover was torn and did not appear to be fresh. Had to be changed. We had the typical paper band on it that stated that it had been sterilized for your use. It was clear that, aside from sterilization, it hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a restaurant in the inhouse kitchen, but no restaurant other than a dining hall serving a breakfast buffet. Although the food was reasonably good, room service wasn't reliable. When I approached them about the delayed breakfast, the phone operator got upset. Overall, most of the staff appeared sullen and unhospitable. This could be a cozy affordable hotel with proper staff training and professional monitoring.

During December 19, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is on a continent away from Thane. The cuisine here is excellent. The room here was comfortable, with a 9/10 rating.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is very good. The employees at the front desk are polite and competent. The food's taste is very tasty. The employees were very disciplined and did a nice job overall. Friends often visit this hotel for a family stay.

Hotel with high-quality rooms in a central location. This hotel has a very attractive lobby and rooms, everything in this hotel is extremely impressive. The room was spacious and nice with a reasonable furniture. The WiFi was a fantastic plus.

Wifi only works on 1st floor and lobby, rooms are dirty, towels have holes in them, they turn off all electricity when you leave the room, so when you come back it is so hot inside and the fridge is warm. This hotel is just a big scam. Rooms do not look the same as in the photos.
