Ac working, hot water, ceiling fan, balcony, lights, fridge with free bottled water and large bed all nice and tidy. The Shitai building is managed by hotel staff from the opposite road, La Alegria place. Rooms were very good, AC works, hot water, ceiling fan, balcony, lights, fridge with free bottled water and full bed all nice and tidy. Free laundry service is offered. We really enjoyed our stay and extended it for 2 more days. The only drawback was very intermittent wifi, I checked with the owner and the solution shown was a router reset. I tried the next night and the next day too, several times, and it didn't work. The end result was no internet for 8 hours or 12 daily and no fix.

We had a great time and decided to stay for two more days. The Shitai building is run by hotel staff from the opposite the road, La Alegria. The room was very good, with a functioning air conditioning, hot water, a ceiling fan, a balcony, lights, a fridge with some free bottled water, and a spacious bed all nice and tidy. A free laundry service has been provided. The only downside was very intermittent wifi, I checked it with the owner and the solution was to reset the router. I tried it the next night and the next day also a few times but it didn't work. The result was that there was no internet for 8 hours or 12 days and no solution.
