- The final 2 km road leading to the villa is undeveloped and may not be suitable for low ground clearance vehicles; during the rainy season, it can become muddy and difficult to access.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, a security deposit of Rs. 5000 for pets will be collected.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Pets are not allowed near the pool area.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- The property is located in a secluded area.
- This is a standalone property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas of the property for security purposes.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Only the ground floor premises of the property are wheelchair-friendly.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available till 10 PM.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- In case of a power outage, the 15 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours. Alternatively, the 2 KVA inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 6 hours.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
