StayVista at Farmhouse Retreat

- Stag groups and local residents from Nashik are not permitted to book or stay at the villa.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- There is no Wi-Fi connection at the property.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, guests need to carry their pets' bedding and cage.
- The villa is in a secluded location in Nashik.
-Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

POLICIES
- Guests with pets need to pay Rs. 5000 as a security deposit.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This is a standalone property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common room and exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- All male groups are not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- This is a wheelchair friendly property
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
