- StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
- In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- Please note that one of the five bedrooms is slightly smaller in size. Room allocation is subject to availability.
- Guests do not have access to the owner’s residence on the same premises.
- The villa is located in a secluded area.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly home.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support the entire premises for up to 8 hours.
- Additionally, the inverter can support all lights in the villa for up to 8 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed on the premises of the property.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of a few harmless bugs and insects present due to the location of the property.
- There are 4 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Guests are advised to not step outside after it becomes dark as the property is close to the forest.
- The property is inhabited by a friendly dog and some chickens.
- This is a standalone property.
- The manager resides on the premises of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 750, per night.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please carry a poop scoop and clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
