- It is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all fans, lights and basic appliances for up to 7 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can play mellow music inside the bedrooms and internal common areas.
- Please note that playing music on the exterior areas of the property is strictly not allowed.
- The external areas and living room are monitored via CCTV cameras for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This property is a part of a gated complex.
- Guests are welcome to access the pool between 9 AM and 2 PM and again from 5 PM to 9 PM, following society regulations.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Roaming outside the premises is kindly restricted in line with society guidelines.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that consuming and ordering of outside meals is not allowed at the property.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
