- Please note, this is an 11-bedroom villa, and guests have access to only 4 rooms and shared spaces.
- All-male groups are allowed, provided a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10000 is paid before check-in.
- The number of guests cannot be increased once the booking is finalized.
- This booking is part of a 6BK unit of out which guests will have access to 4 rooms on the first floor and common areas only.
- Events/parties in the villa lawn (not the farm lawn) are allowed with a party fee to cover event arrangements. Up to 20 outside guests are allowed for 3–4 hours at an extra cost.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter and 25 KVA generator can support fans and lights for up to 3-5 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Visitors are not allowed at the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a stand-alone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs 10,000 may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
