- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- We strongly recommend our guests remain indoors after 8:00 PM, as the presence of leopards and other wild creatures can pose a threat to your safety in and around the villa.
- The property houses a friendly vaccinated pet dog on its premises.
- Please refrain from littering non-vegetarian food scraps in the premises or its vicinity, as it could potentially attract wild animals.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- The property is located in a secluded area, approximately 45 minutes away from Jim Corbett gate.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Guests are advised to not leave eatable items unattended owing to the presence of monkeys around the property.
POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans, and TV for up to 24 hours. Additionally, there is a solar pane setup for power cuts.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- Please note that the jungle safari is not available at all times. It is closed after July 15th due to the heavy rains in the region.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 7 AM to 11 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All guests are required to follow the designated routes and check excursion timings to ensure minimum disturbance to the plant and animal life inhabiting the area. Any unauthorised off-roading may result in damage to their territory.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Due to the frequent movement of elephants, the local authorities prohibit any vehicular traffic in Kotdwar between 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. It's advisable to reach your destination before this time frame to avoid any inconvenience.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Kindly be advised that the owner resides on the property in a distinct unit that is not accessible to the guests.
- All rooms have a designated separate entry.
- There are CCTV cameras that monitor the entrance, reception, and lawn area of the property.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of animals like deer, wild hens, and leopards. Also from bugs like spiders and grasshoppers.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- The road leading up to the property might not be concrete owing to the hilly terrain.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
