This is a pet-friendly property.
In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours.
All mobile networks work fairly well here.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
There are CCTV cameras that monitor the exteriors and the living room of the property for security purposes.
The stay is a part of a gated community.
The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Alcohol consumption is allowed outdoors only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Pets are not allowed near the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
Note that the amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the guest count aligns with the booking details and all house rules have been adhered to.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
