- This is a pet-friendly property, however only 1 pet is allowed. Guests are requested to carry suitable sleeping arrangements for their pets. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Please note that the location of this villa is secluded. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support the AC’s, fans and lights for up to 8 hours. POLICIES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. From Team StayVista: Welcome Home! - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This is a not wheelchair-friendly property - Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool or bedrooms.
